About me.
I've just started my own academic editing company. My husband is a school teacher and I have two girls, one in primary school and the other is just over one. I'm starting a career in opera/baroque performance which brings a whole new element to life.
I love to read both academic work and fiction and at the moment am enjoying a journey through the literature of French female authors of the last 100 years.
I have stopped singing with choirs with the exception of St John Passion next year. I love choral music, particularly Renaissance and Baroque. I love most 'classical' music in orchestral and solo instrumental forms. Other music I like is Bollywood, Classical Guitar and Flamenco, Dusty Springfield, the Velvet Underground, Queen, REM, Cake, You Am I, Cat Empire and the White Stripes.
To sum me up, it's all about the people I love, books, music and food.
